Walk-in Animal Hospital

Our practice operates on a first-come, first-served basis — walk-ins only, no appointments. If you check in before 10:00 a.m., you’ll most likely be seen on the same day you visit us, but be prepared to wait.

Leonard Sigdestad, DVM (Dr. Sig)

Your vet should love your pet almost as much as you do!

Pet parents in the Inland Empire — and beyond — have trusted Leonard Sigdestad, DVM (Dr. Sig) to care for their animals at Loma Linda Animal Hospital since 1968. He chooses to provide the highest quality veterinary medical and surgical care — at an affordable price — rather than retire.

Treating creatures great and small.

While a majority of our patients are dogs and cats, we treat a wide variety of animals, from cattle, pigs and goats to snakes, birds, and rats — and more.

Preventive care, acute illnesses, general surgery, boarding, and more.

We provide a full range of services for your beloved pets. We even encourage visiting if your pet is hospitalized — we know a visit will make you both feel better!

Be Prepared - What to Expect

We’re a little different. As a walk-in clinic, you’ll sign in when you arrive and wait in the parking lot to be called. Most patients tell us the wait is worth it — based on the quality care received at an affordable price.

This is the only place in a 45-minute radius that sees rats and birds and other small pets. I am very grateful to have found them. Helpful, friendly staff. Thank you, Dr. Sig!
